  awful. I would give 0 stars if i could. I purchased a Groupon in NOVEMBER, and have called multiple times trying to make an appointment with them. It is now almost March (when the Groupon expires) Each time I call I am told "I'm very busy I will call you back" and they NEVER CALL BACK. I doubt she even actually wrote my name and number back when she asked for it. DO NOT waste your money here, especially since they can't even be respectful enough to call customers back.
