  Breach, failure, of Elite Roofing Solutions Inc., Stuart Florida, to honor their 10 year installation warranty:
  
  My roof was completed in April 2016 and I received my 10 year installation warranty fro them. Recently my neighbor noticed that some tiles had come loose on the north side of my home. My wife stared calling them April 2 2018 to come out under the warranty to repair loose tiles. She called them repeatedly for that week and the week of April 9 2018 and left messages to call back. They never once called us.
  
  On April 13 I took over and sent them an email. The following week I received an “Instant Message (IM)” on my cell phone saying they would be their that Friday or Saturday. I let them know that we would not be available and that the following week of April 23 any time would be fine. I received a confirmation IM that they would be there the week of the 23. Well the week of the 23 went by without anyone showing up or calling. I sent another IM and I received another confirmation that they would be here the following week of April 30. Well they never showed or called.
  
  I now consider them in breach, failure, to comply with their own warranty.
  
  I lodged a complaint with the BBB, Palm Beach Consumer affairs, Department of professional regulations against their license, 3 weeks ago. They still have not responded.
