  DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY unless you want rude, unprofessional, disrespectful and dishonest people working on your fence. They were horrible, we called and someone came out and made an estimate to fix our wooden fence. Then when we called to schedule the fence to be fixed the owner said he would need to come out AGAIN to look at our fence himself. He told us he couldn't give us an exact time but he would squeeze us in and call when he was coming. Not only did the owner NEVER show up but no one even had the respect to call us to say they were not showing up. I called the next morning and a rude worker put me on hold and then came back and said the company decided they didn't want to HONOR their estimate and they were not going to take the job. They would not even give an explanation why, when I asked to speak to the owner I was told, "he went "out of town" for a week" and that they just decided they didn't want to take the job. These people have no respect for people or potential customers and their manners toward people who have been given a written estimate by them is appalling. These people don't even give you the respect of a return phone call, they will just make an appointment with you and NEVER SHOW UP OR CALL. They are the most unprofessional and disrespectful company out there. If you want a qualified company to fix your fence DO NOT CALL DANIELS FENCE. Go with a company who is going to honor their written estimate, actually show up to appointments and treat you with the respect you deserve.
