  Is leaving zero stars an option?! My elderly grandparents have been without air conditioning since Tuesday. In this sweltering Florida heat. A tech arrived on Wednesday and after spending sometime working on the unit, announced it was working, collected his fee and left. It didn't take long for my grandmother to realize the house was still not cooling. Of course she called, was greeted with poor customer service and was advised they'd have to wait for the tech to arrive and find out what happened. Long story short, several days later, several calls later, several voicemails left, and let's just say they are currently still without AC!!! The horrible woman at accutemp has not even returned the call, as she stated she would. Horrible experience!!!
